The location is fantastic, right in the center of Panaji. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the river Mandovi.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the hotel provides basic amenities that are in good condition. The rooms have a garden view and the AC is in working order. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the center of bustling Panjim City. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the main panjim market and the city center. The staff provides good service, paying attention to detail. Additionally, breakfast is included in the stay and is served to the guests.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The rooms were well-equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioning. the hotel's location was central, with many restaurants and local attractions within walking distance. the staff were courteous and accommodating.
The bathrooms were not designed well, with a high internal window that allowed noise and smells to waft into the corridor. the breakfast options were quite limited and not to our taste.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city, near the Mandovi river and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were friendly and always ready to help out with any questions. Transportation was not an issue as we found ample parking space nearby. Last but not least, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

This centrally located budget hotel has a lot of nearby attractions such as casinos, a lovely view of the Mandovi river, and shopping areas. the hotel provides some good facilities such as the easy-to-personalize 2 wheeler rentals.
Despite having the location benefits, the breakfast options are limited and the waiting times can be lengthy.

This hotel is at the center of Panjim, making it the perfect location for exploring the bustling city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the tariff was quite reasonable. One of the highlights was definitely the view of Azad Maidan from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay. Additionally, the staff was attentive and provided great service, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of.
My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major areas for improvement.
